Valentine's Day

I LOVE Valentine's Day! I always have. I love all of the colors and the treats and all of the cute love things. Because I love love! Last year was our first Valentine's Day together! Bryce gave me chocolates and flowers and made me a homemade Mexican dinner and chocolate covered strawberries! It was so fun and a great first V-Day together! This year, we decided to go to DISNEYLAND for the weekend! More on that later! Since we were going to be gone for Valentine's Day we exchanged gifts a few days early. Fun fact: In our marriage so far, Bryce and I have never celebrated a holiday on the actual day of the holiday. We are really bad at secrets and we get way too excited about presents! We celebrated Christmas together in November this last year...so there's that. Anyways, I was very excited about my gift to Bryce this year. I found this idea on Pinterest a while ago and I got very excited about it! We aren't the best about taking date nights. We normally order in and watch Netflix, which is great! But it has become a weekly "date night" that requires zero effort or planning and is just a little lazy. We have talked a lot about being better about planning date nights but when the time comes we just flip to Netflix. So thus, I decided to make the Date Jar for Bryce!
The jar has 52 unique and fun date nights in it, one for each week of the year!
Bryce spoiled me all week! He gave me these SUPER cute mugs for hot chocolate. (Now that we have a Keurig, we drink Hot Chocolate daily)
And then a couple days later these were delivered to the front door!
I am obsessed with Tulips :)
